About Enhance - Recruitment Training

Former recruiter turned learning and development professional.

Enhance is designed to do exactly what it says in the name. ‘Enhance’ and ‘support’ your recruitment business in getting to the next level, whether this be via sales and performance training and coaching to leadership and management development. 

I work with organisation to understand their needs and requirements, strengths, and development areas, which in turn allows me to create a bespoke training and coaching programme which is needed for YOUR recruitment business to get to the next level. 

Working a hybrid model of, in classroom training and on desk support and coaching means that I am not just a training provider. Instead, I immerse myself in your business and am able to ensure that what your team knows and are implementing are in sync. This process has recently been referred to as ‘not just training, but a full business health check’, by a client undertaking, experienced and leadership training. 

As a former recruiter, I bring with me the understanding of having done the job and practical skills. As a Master NLP Practitioner and DISC certified, I also bring along different layers and skills supporting with coaching and creating a growth mindset. 

Enhance has been designed to build on the current success of each organisation and work to an agreed goal.
